All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

United States: 6–9 business days
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
Other international destinations: 7–12 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders.

Any applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not charge additional handling fees or hidden shipping fees.
